This school year, 11 students from ISP Schools in Spain participated in the second TEDxYouth event organized by ISP Schools on February 2023

TEDxYouth@BritishSchoolVilareal is a one-day event for pupils from the 11 ISP Schools in Spain. The event will feature live speakers, our own students, sharing short talks that will serve as a source of knowledge and inspiration for young people from around the world. The event maintains the spirit of TED events: multidisciplinary, focused on the power of ideas to change lives and, ultimately, the world.

The event will be organised by the British School of Vila-real and will take place in the auditorium of the Universitat Jaume I-Empresa Foundation (Castellón, Spain).
We invite students to apply to become a speaker at TEDxYouth.
To do this, they must complete an online form and submit a one-minute video in English commenting on the topic they want to present.
For more information, please contact your school’s TEDx Coordinator.

14 students from ISP Schools in Europe participated in the first TEDxYouth event organized by ISP Schools on March 16, 2022

The worldwide famous TEDxYouth event, where young people are the protagonists, was held on the 16th of March at International School AndalucíaFourteen students from ISP Schools were the speakers. By giving brief talks in English, they shared topics, ideas, and experiences associated with the motto “Young Voices, Big Ideas”.

At the International Schools Partnership (ISP), learning is at the heart of everything we do, and we want to continually give our students the chance to gain valuable learning and cultural experiences with students from other countries in safe and secure environments. We also want to ensure that our students and their families have the very best international experience possible and they are amazed by the levels of learning each child will personally experience.

Only one representative from each of our 14 schools in Europe was selected to be a Speaker for the event. At TEDxYouth event, they had the opportunity of delivering a maximum 10 minutes speech, in front of a face-to-face audience, with regard to a topic that interested and motivated them as well as expanded everybody else’s knowledge. The topic was previously chosen and prepared by each student, each school’s TEDxYouth Coordinator, and the Organising Committee, and matched with the rules provided by TEDx.

At ISP Schools we are very proud of their dedication, commitment, dedication and perseverance during these almost 6 months that the preparation of the event lasted and we are sure that it will be a source of inspiration for other young people from both ISP School and the world.

Information about the next event will be available soon
